By proceeding with our services and purchases of goods, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

  • We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly, and we want to ensure a fair and transparent cancellation process for our clients at Sculpted Air. Please note that this cancellation policy applies to events managed by Sculpted Air. By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. We are committed to providing exceptional service and support throughout your event planning journey. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to contact us.

    Sculpted Air is an event company specializing in balloon decor installations. Anyone
    retaining services via Sculpted Air will be required to pay a retainer fee based on the size,
    detail, and value of the installation. This payment is expected to be paid in full before services
    are rendered to the Client.


    No refunds are given for any payments towards the retainer fee, even if the retainer fee is not
    paid in full.


    No refunds are given for any payments made towards the remaining balance of the
    installation order, regardless of the situation. We understand situations arise that will either
    require the Client to cancel or reschedule their event. Although we empathize with those
    situations, we cannot refund any payments made. When we accept an order, we immediately
    begin selecting the best design and decor to accomplish our goal: a perfect installation for
    your event. The retainer fee retains Sculpted Air for your installation; the remaining balance
    is used to order materials and supplies, covering any labor, traveling expenses, etc. As long as
    a written notification is received 7 (seven) days before event and the
    cancellations/rescheduling guidelines are followed, we can reschedule the installation. Failure
    to inform Sculpted Air by the required time for the cancellation/rescheduling of an
    installation may result in any/all of the following:

    • The forfeiture of any payments already made

    • The release of the event date and time

    • Termination of the contract

    • Cancellation fees


    Rescheduling & Cancellations
    Rescheduling
    The Client can reschedule the installation with a written 7 (seven) day notice. The Client may
    reschedule for any date within the next 365 calendar days at the convenience of Sculpted Air
    without being charged a cancellation fee. The rescheduled date is subject to availability. If we
    are unavailable, the below cancellation policies and fees will apply. We suggest that if the
    Client needs to reschedule, they include the preferred date and a second choice if the first
    choice is unavailable.
     

    Cancellations
    The Client has the freedom to cancel at any time without receiving a cancellation fee, so as
    Sculpted Air receives a written notice within seven days. If Sculpted Air does not receive a
    written notice within seven days of the scheduled installation, the Client will assume a $100
    cancellation fee. Please be aware all payments made towards any of the following, including
    but not limited to retainer fees, materials, supplies, labor, etc., will be forfeited and
    considered non-refundable.
     

    Reductions & Changes
    Removing or adding decor to an installation can not be done after the Terms & Conditions
    have been signed. A separate order may be placed for any additions the Client wishes to have
    for the event; however, it is at the sole discretion of the Creative Director whether or not that
    order is accepted or declined. If the new order is accepted, it will be subject to the Terms and
    Conditions stated in this agreement. This includes 50% of the total balance of the order as a
    retainer fee.

    Outdoor Events

    By signing the Terms & Conditions, the Client acknowledges that some balloon decor may be
    affected by temperature and humidity, something that Sculpted Air can not be held liable for.
    Sculpted Air will not be held liable for the reaction of any balloon decor to the weather or
    uncontrollable acts of nature, including but not limited to rain, wind, or extreme heat.
    Sculpted Air NEVER guarantees perfect results for any installation done outdoors or in these
    uncontrollable situations.

    • In the event there is a situation prevents the Creative Director from installing the balloon
      decor in the original location at a venue, the Creative Director can move the balloon
      decor to that location (still on-site at the original address) and attempt to complete the
      installation.

    • It is the Client’s sole responsibility to have an alternate location available and ready if the
      original location cannot be utilized. Failure to do so will cause the payments to be
      forfeited and considered nonrefundable.

    • Sculpted Air will, however, not be able to guarantee a quality and perfect installation due
      to last-minute setup changes, but will promise to do everything possible to ensure it is as
      close to perfect as physically possible.

    • The Client is responsible for locating an alternate location to setup as well as ensuring
      access to Sculpted Air.

    • If dangerous weather or a natural disaster causes the venue to close and prevents the
      event from taking place, the Client may reschedule the installation for a different date
      within the next 365 days.

    • Dangerous weather and natural disasters are only accepted if acknowledged by a local
      state/government official.

    • If the Client cancels the event due to rain or other bad weather not designated as “dangerous weather” or “natural disaster”, the Client understands that the payments will
      be forfeited and considered nonrefundable. The payments will not be transferable.

    • Sculpted Air agrees to be present and ready for installation even if it is raining, snowing,
      or displaying any other type of “irregular”
      weather, except for road closures.

  • Thank you for choosing our DIY Balloon Kits. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds.

    Returns and Refunds Policy

    1. Final Sale:

      • All sales of DIY Balloon Kits are final. We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds except in the following circumstances:

        • Damaged goods: If you receive a DIY Balloon Kit that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt with a photo of the damage. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund.

        • Incorrect items sent: If you receive incorrect items in your DIY Balloon Kit, please notify us immediately. We will rectify the issue promptly by sending the correct items or issuing a refund.

        • Delayed fulfillment: If there is a significant delay in fulfilling your DIY Balloon Kit order beyond the estimated delivery time, you may request a refund.

    2. Refund Process:

      • To request a refund for damaged goods, incorrect items sent, or delayed fulfillment, please contact our customer service team at sculptedairevents@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.

      • Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

  • Thank you for choosing Grab-n-Go Balloon Garlands. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please review our policy carefully regarding returns and refunds.

    No Returns/Refunds Policy

    1. Final Sale Upon Pickup:

      • Once a balloon garland has been picked up from our studio, it is considered a final sale. No returns or refunds will be issued after pickup.

    2. Order Issues:

      • If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong items or missing components, please notify us immediately at the time of pickup. We will address any discrepancies on the spot.

    3. Damaged or Defective Items:

      • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item at the time of pickup, please bring it to our attention immediately. We will provide a replacement or rectify the issue as necessary.

    4. Exchanges:

      • We do not offer exchanges for balloon garlands once they have been picked up from our studio.
