Please Note: Indoor Use Only.
For safety and proper installation, balloon drops require strong rigging points at both ends. Suitable anchor points include bolted ceiling hooks, columns, poles, etc. We do not install balloon drops on unsecured structures such as ceiling fans, light fixtures temporary decor, etc.

Our balloon drop bags are 3.5 feet deep and may droop another 1 foot, to ensure proper clearance and an optimal drop effect, we recommend a minimum ceiling height of 12 feet, allowing adequate space above the crowd.

The maximum installation height is 16 feet.

*Please note: We do not perform the actual balloon drop—the customer must provide an attendant to release the balloons at the desired moment.

Delivery

We operate on a first come, first served basis as time slots are limited.

Schedule your delivery at checkout by entering your delivery date and time. All deliveries are made in a 2 hour window and arrive inflated, weighted, assembled, and bagged, by a Inflate Studio delivery driver.

Delivery is available in Houston and surrounding suburbs. Review our eligible delivery zones.

Deliveries can be scheduled up to 6 months in advance. We recommend finalizing as soon as possible to reserve your desired time slot.

Delivery and setup times are not guaranteed. A delivery or setup should be scheduled prior to the start of your event. Deliveries and setups may arrive anytime within the chosen time frame.

Rerouting or rescheduling a delivery or setup is subject to availability and may incur an additional delivery or setup charge.

CANCELLATIONS
Free cancelation within 5 days before the scheduled delivery date, except for florals. After this time, all orders are final and non-refundable.
Longevity

Float time may vary based on temperature, environment, and handling. Balloons should not remain in bags. Always unbag balloons upon receipt to ensure better float time. Longevity is not guaranteed for any balloon taken outside.

General Longevity for Balloons are as follows:

  • Giant Balloons: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days.
  • Gender Reveal Popping Balloons: Best up to 5 hours.
  • 11in Bouquets: Best up to 2 days, can last up to 3 days.
  • 16in Bouquet: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days.
  • 24in Centerpiece: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days.
  • 16in Air letters: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days.
  • Foil balloons: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days.
  • Column: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days.
  • Table runner: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days.
  • Floating Arch: Best up to 1 day, can last up to 2 days.
  • Balloon Garland/Arches (Air Filled): Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days.
  • Backdrop: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days.
  • Floor Balloons: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days.
  • Ceiling Balloons: Best up to 1 day, can last up to 2 days.
  • Number Bouquets: Best up to 2 days, can last up to 3 days.

Cold air, hot air, high humidity, changing barometric pressure, high altitudes, and moving air from fans and vents will reduce balloon float times. Direct sunlight may make balloons pop, and cold environments may shrink them.

Changes in the environment and temperature, or micro-tears from faulty manufacturing can cause deflation and popping. In the event that an order is damaged or is defective, Inflate Studio offers a replacement, upon availability, or issues a store credit or refund. 
Dos and Don'ts

Ensure product longevity and maintain its quality by following these guidelines:

- Place in an environment with stable temperatures.

- Keep away from extreme heat or cold, direct sunlight, and avoid placing near windows, flames, heat sources, or air vents.

- Protect from sharp objects and abrasive surfaces such as textured walls or "popcorn" walls. Glass windows and brick walls should also be avoided.

This item is not designed for outdoor use. If placed outdoors, we cannot offer replacements, refunds, or credits.

The team retains the authority to either relocate or decline placement under circumstances of unsafe positioning, or elevated risk of damage to fixtures.

Prior to ordering, confirm with the venue regarding their policy on helium-filled balloons.
