Schedule your delivery at checkout by entering your delivery date and time. All deliveries are made in a 2 hour window and arrive inflated, weighted, assembled, and bagged, by a Paris312 delivery driver.

Deliveries can be scheduled up to 6 months in advance. We recommend finalizing as soon as possible to reserve your desired time slot.

Delivery and setup times are not guaranteed. A delivery or setup should be scheduled prior to the start of your event. Deliveries and setups may arrive anytime within the chosen time frame.

Rerouting or rescheduling a delivery or setup is subject to availability and may incur an additional delivery or setup charge.

CANCELLATIONS
Free cancelation within 5 days before the scheduled delivery date, except for florals. After this time, all orders are final and non-refundable.

Float time may vary based on temperature, environment, and handling. Balloons should not remain in bags. Always unbag balloons upon receipt to ensure better float time. Longevity is not guaranteed for any balloon taken outside.

General Longevity for Balloons and florals are as follows:

• Giant Balloons: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days.
• Gender Reveal Popping Balloons: Best up to 5 hours.
• 11in Bouquets: Best up to 2 days, can last up to 3 days.
• 16in Bouquet: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days.
• 24in Centerpiece: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days.
• 16in Air letters: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days.
• Foil balloons: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days.
• Column: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days.
• Table runner: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days.
• Floating Arch: Best up to 1 day, can last up to 2 days.
• Balloon Garland/Arches (Air Filled): Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days.
• Backdrop: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days.
• Floor Balloons: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days.
• Ceiling Balloons: Best up to 1 day, can last up to 2 days.
• Number Bouquets: Best up to 2 days, can last up to 3 days.
• Fresh floral arrangements are best to display on the first day and can last up to 3 days.

Cold air, hot air, high humidity, changing barometric pressure, high altitudes, and moving air from fans and vents will reduce balloon float times. Direct sunlight may make balloons pop, and cold environments may shrink them.

Changes in the environment and temperature, or micro-tears from faulty manufacturing can cause deflation and popping. In the event that an order is damaged or is defective, Paris312 offers a replacement, upon availability, or issues a store credit or refund. 

Ensure product longevity and maintain its quality by following these guidelines:

- Moving the display is not recommended as it may lead to damage. We cannot be held liable for any damages incurred and will not offer replacements, refunds or credits.

- It is advised to place the display in front of a wall and minimize traffic behind it to prevent accidents.

- Balloons are sensitive to their environment. Place in an environment with stable temperatures.

- Keep away from extreme heat or cold, direct sunlight, and avoid placing near windows, flames, heat sources, or air vents.

- Protect from sharp objects and abrasive surfaces such as textured walls or "popcorn" ceilings. Glass windows and brick walls should also be avoided.

Outdoor installation increases the risk of damage to display and balloons;We cannot be held liable for any damages incurred and will not offer replacements, refunds or credits.

The team may decline installation under conditions of bad weather, unsafe placement, or high risk of damages.
